How do I change or manage what tiny animals, custom labels, and/or animal bases I get each month?

Login to the Manage My Box page and click on Edit Profile.
You can update your animal choice, custom label, and base preferences from there.
Make sure to submit any changes by the last Friday of the month!
How do I update my billing information?
🦆 Answer:
Login to the Manage My Box page and click on Update Billing Info.
You can securely update your payment method and billing details there.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
🦆 Answer:
Go to the Manage My Box page and click on Update Billing Info.
Then click the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the screen. Easy peasy!
How do I change my subscription tier?
🦆 Answer:
Login to the Manage My Box page and click Change in the My Memberships area.
Select the Tier you’d like to switch to.
Then update any optional fields and click Submit.
You’ll be taken to the payment page — just enter your billing info and click Subscribe.
You’ll receive an email receipt confirming your updated subscription.
How do I change my password?

Login to the Manage My Box page and click on Change Password.
Follow the steps to update your password securely.
How do I find my receipt or invoice?
🦆 Answer:
Login to the Manage My Box page and scroll down to the Order History section.
Click the date of the order to view your receipt.
Use the link in the upper right corner to Print or Save as PDF.
